Dahlias are the flagship of Aylett Nurseries Limited, having won numerous awards for their excellence, indeed Dahlias were the foundation of Aylett Nurseries.

The plants are available for selection from the nursery from the middle of April (please contact the office for the exact date ) until the end of June. They are grouped together in the bedding plant house together with colour photographs to help you with your choice of colours and shapes .

For two weekends in September ( see News and Events for dates ) when the plants are at their best, a special exhibit of cut Dahlias is staged at the nurseries along with other gardening subjects.

Our dahlia field is adjacent to the garden centre and is open to view from August until the first frosts. During the centre's open hours cars may access the field via the car park.
