An easy care plant that can grow into a real statement piece and brings a tropical vibe to the home or office
> Light - good light, not direct sunlight
> Watering - water well in spring/summer, less in autumn/winter
> Temperature - Minimum temperature of 13C
> Soil/Repotting - repot as required using houseplant compost. Once the plant is much larger it is fine to just replace the top couple of inches of compost each spring
> Feeding - Feed during spring/summer according to your feed instructions. We recommend Houseplant Focus or Baby Bio. Alternatively the foliar feed Houseplant Myst can be used as the plant will benefit from the misting process
> Toxicity - Harmful if eaten. Skin/eye irritant
> Additional Info.- As this plant grows more holes appear in the leaves. Also as it gets larger it will require supporting with a moss pole or stake
The nursery pot size is 21cm, and the plant is aproximately 75cm tall.
The plant is pictured in one of our Wood Lodge terracotta outdoor pots (not included). This would require either a saucer to stand the pot on or a saucer inside the pot in order to prevent water spills.
The plant would also benefit from a surrounding of Hydro Stones to raise the humidity.
