Clematis cirrhosa

Clusters of small flowers with slightly spreading petals, held pendulously, revealing the enchanting interior of the bloom with their clusters of stamens and patterns on the underside of the petals. The foliage is likewise dainty, attractive having lobed leaves and evergreen.
