Over the past 24 months our focus has been the safety of our customers and team, and it continues to be so. While some restrictions have been eased others have remained in place been or reintroduced, we know many of our customers and team remain cautious, so in order to maintain a comfortable, safe and healthy shopping environment for all the following measures are in place;

Stay Alert!

Please do not visit the garden centre if you are feeling unwell, have COVID-19 symptoms, or have been told you are required to isolate.

We are offering our team lateral flow testing on a regular basis.

Face Coverings 

From 27th January 2022 face coverings are no longer a legal requirement, however, it is recommended that they are worn in buildings and busy areas.

We have recommended to our team that they keep a face covering with them, and if you would like them to wear a mask while serving you please ask and they will put on.

Space

For everyone’s wellbeing please create space between yourself, fellow shoppers, and our team.

Hygiene & Sanitisation

Our Sanitisation Stations throughout the garden centre remain in place for everyone’s use. Sanitiser is available at the main entrance for customers to sanitise trolleys and baskets if they wish to do so. Regular sanitising of commonly touched areas, such as cash desks and pin pads, will continue throughout the day. Screens are staying at customer service areas and counters.
